How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Stand facing a wall, hands supported at shoulder height. Keeping the pelvis in contact with the wall, perform a slow and controlled extension of the lumbar spine by slightly advancing the thorax forward without lifting the pelvis. Return gently to the starting position without jerks.

Tips: Keep the shoulders low and avoid any pain or sudden movements. Control the movement well to gently mobilize the lumbar area.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the duration of holding in extension as the movement becomes easier.
