How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Lie on your back with the spine in a neutral position and the pelvis stable. Hold a light ball and pass it from one hand to the other above the floor, keeping the core well engaged and stable. Ensure not to arch the lower back and control the pelvis movement throughout the exercise.

Tips: Gently contract the abdominal muscles to protect the lower back. Perform the movement slowly to feel the core stabilization. Breathe regularly without holding your breath.

Progression: Increase the number of repetitions per set or use a slightly heavier ball once control is mastered.
