How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: In a standing or sitting position, keep your lumbar spine in a neutral position with the pelvis stable. Gently activate your abdominal muscles to straighten your posture without arching the lower back. Maintain this controlled position for 5 seconds before slowly releasing.

Tips: Focus on controlling the pelvis and avoid compensations such as excessive arching or tilting of the pelvis. Breathe normally throughout the exercise.

Progression: Once you master the movement well, gradually increase the hold duration up to 10 seconds.
