How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Equipment: Resistance band held with both hands

Description: Assume a lunge position, one leg in front and the other behind, with the torso upright. Hold a resistance band with both hands in front of you and perform a controlled trunk rotation against the resistance, maintaining pelvic stability. Return to the initial position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep the front knee aligned with the foot and avoid pelvis tilting during rotation. Breathe regularly and keep the back straight.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
