How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Sit on a SwissBall with the pelvis stable and the spine in a neutral position. Slowly perform controlled thoracic movements by dissociating the scapular and pelvic belts, including flexion, extension, lateral tilts, or rotations of the thoracic spine. Ensure the pelvis remains immobile to maximize thoracic mobility without compensation.

Tips: Keep your back straight and breathe deeply during the exercise. Focus on controlling thoracic movements and avoid moving the pelvis.

Progression: Gradually increase the speed of movements while maintaining control, or add slight resistance with your hands when comfortable.
