Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Sit upright with your back slightly rounded or in a neutral position. Open the thoracic cage by stretching the upper back, bringing the shoulder blades closer together or lowering them, and if possible, gently raise the arms. Maintain an open chest, elongated upper back, and relaxed neck at the end of the movement.

Tips: Keep the lower back stable without excessive arching. Breathe calmly and control the movement to feel the thoracic opening clearly.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the final position a few seconds longer as the movement becomes easier.
