How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: From a standing position with the spine in a neutral position and the pelvis stable, perform the final phase of the burpee by activating the abdominal muscles to control the trunk and pelvis. Maintain a stable posture without compensation, ensuring the back remains straight and the pelvis aligned.

Tips: Engage the abdominal muscles well to protect the lower back, keep your gaze forward, and avoid any tilting of the pelvis. Breathe regularly throughout the exercise.

Progression: Once you master control, gradually increase the number of repetitions or reduce rest time between sets.
