How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: In a standing position, maintain your spine in a neutral position and your pelvis stable. Activate your abdominal muscles to control the trunk throughout the movement, performing the second step of the burpee with controlled mobility of the lumbar region. Ensure the pelvis and trunk remain stable without compensation until the final position.

Tips: Keep your gaze forward to help maintain posture, contract your abs well to protect the lower back, and avoid excessive arching. Breathe regularly and control each phase of the movement.

Progression: Once you master control, gradually increase the number of repetitions or speed of execution while maintaining trunk stability.
