How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Keeping the pelvis stable, slowly perform a lumbar flexion by gently bringing the lower back closer to the ground, then return to the neutral position in a controlled manner.

Tips: Focus on slow, controlled movement without arching or tilting the pelvis. Breathe calmly and avoid tension in the neck or shoulders.

Progression: When the movement becomes easy, gradually increase the duration of each flexion while maintaining the final position for a few seconds before returning.
