How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Stand upright with legs straight and spine in a neutral position. Activate your abdominal muscles to stabilize the trunk, then gently catch a ball thrown towards you while controlling the movement of the pelvis and lower back without changing your posture. Maintain trunk and pelvis stability throughout the exercise.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid any compensation or excessive movement of the pelvis. Focus on abdominal control to protect the lumbar region.

Progression: Gradually increase the speed or force of the ball throw as you master trunk control.
