How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Hold: 5 seconds

Description: Sit on a SwissBall with your back straight, feet flat on the ground. Activate your abdominal muscles to stabilize your pelvis and lumbar spine, then maintain this stable position without moving for 5 seconds.

Tips: Keep your spine in a neutral position and avoid compensations such as pelvic tilting or excessive arching. Breathe calmly and focus on trunk stability.

Progression: Once you master the exercise, gradually increase the hold duration up to 10 seconds or perform the movement with eyes closed to increase difficulty.
