How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 on each side

Description: Sit upright with a stable pelvis. Slowly tilt your torso to the side while keeping your abdominal muscles engaged, then return to the neutral position without moving the pelvis.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid tilting the pelvis or rotating the torso. Perform the movement slowly and control each phase to effectively stretch the lumbar region.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or slow down the movement further to improve control and stretching.
