Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Sit on a SwissBall with the spine in a neutral position. Slowly roll your spine forward, vertebra by vertebra, keeping the pelvis stable, until a controlled trunk flexion is reached. Then gently return to the upright position by unrolling the spine.

Tips: Keep the movement smooth and controlled, without forcing the flexion. Breathe calmly and keep the pelvis immobile to effectively isolate lumbar mobility.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the duration of each flexion as the movement becomes easier.
