Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Description: In standing or sitting position, keep your pelvis stable and your lumbar spine in a neutral position. Slowly tilt your torso to the side, activating the abdominal muscles to control the movement, then gently return to the starting position without moving the pelvis.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid any rotation or compensation of the pelvis. Perform the movement slowly to feel the lumbar mobilization clearly.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or slow down the movement further to enhance control.
