How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: In a standing or seated position, maintain your lumbar spine in a neutral position and keep your pelvis stable. Gently activate your abdominal muscles to mobilize the lumbar region while controlling the load transfer between the trunk and pelvis. Ensure good control without compensation until reaching the final position.

Tips: Focus on pelvis and trunk stability throughout the movement. Breathe calmly and avoid excessive tension in the back.

Progression: Gradually increase the fluidity and range of motion while maintaining control, or add slight resistance as the exercise becomes easier.
