Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: In standing or sitting position, keep your pelvis stable and your spine in a neutral position. Slowly tilt your trunk to the side over a low amplitude, activating the abdominal muscles to control the movement. Return to the starting position without moving the pelvis, maintaining proper spinal alignment.

Tips: Focus on controlling the pelvis and avoid any compensation or sudden movements. Breathe calmly and keep abdominal activation constant.

Progression: Gradually increase the tilt amplitude or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier and well controlled.
