How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Stand with legs slightly bent, back straight, and pelvis stable. Hold a stick in front of you, then perform a reception while controlling the movement of the trunk and pelvis without compensation. Maintain the final position with the trunk well aligned and the abdominals engaged.

Tips: Keep the spine neutral and activate your abdominals to stabilize the lower back. Do not let the pelvis tilt during the movement. Breathe calmly and control each phase.

Progression: Gradually increase the execution speed or add a slight load to the stick once control is mastered.
