How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 on each side

Description: Sit on a SwissBall with your back straight and feet flat on the ground. Slowly rotate your torso to the right, keeping the pelvis stable and avoiding arching the lower back, then return to the center. Repeat the movement to the left, controlling the rotation.

Tips: Keep your abdomen slightly engaged to protect the lumbar spine. Perform the movement slowly to feel the rotation without forcing.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the final rotation position for a few seconds to improve mobility.
