How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 on each side

Description: Sit on an Airex cushion with your back straight and pelvis stable. Slowly rotate your torso to the right while keeping the lumbar spine well aligned, then return to the center before rotating to the left. Perform the movement in a controlled manner without forcing the rotation.

Tips: Keep your shoulders down and your gaze in the direction of the rotation to better control the movement. Do not force beyond your comfort to avoid any pain.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the final rotation position for a few extra seconds as the movement becomes easier.
