Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Stand upright with legs straight and back straight, holding a stick in front of you. Activate your abdominal muscles to stabilize the trunk, then perform a slight reception movement of the stick while controlling lumbar mobility without moving the pelvis. End each repetition by maintaining the final position with a stable trunk and no compensation.

Tips: Keep the spine neutral and the pelvis stable throughout the exercise. Focus on controlling the movement rather than speed.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the duration of holding the final position as control improves.
