How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Sit or stand with a foam roller placed under the thoracic region of your back. Keep the pelvis stable and the spine in a neutral position, then slowly perform controlled movements of flexion, extension, lateral bending, or rotation of the thorax. Ensure to reach a maximum range without excessive movement of the pelvis.

Tips: Focus on controlling the movement and maintaining pelvic stability to effectively isolate thoracic mobility. Breathe calmly and avoid compensations with the shoulders or lower back.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of motion or the duration of each repetition as you feel comfortable and stable.
