How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Stand with your spine in a neutral position and your pelvis stable. Activate your abdominal muscles to stabilize the core while responding quickly to the light stimuli from the Blazepods by shifting your weight or performing reflex supports. Maintain strict control of the pelvis and core without compensation throughout the exercise.

Tips: Keep your gaze straight ahead, breathe calmly, and focus on core stability. Do not let the pelvis tilt or the back arch excessively.

Progression: Increase reaction speed to the Blazepods or add movement variations as control improves.
