How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Description: Sit upright with your back straight and pelvis stable. Slowly rotate your thorax to one side, following the movement of your hand or shoulder with your gaze, without moving the pelvis. Aim to open the chest as much as possible to improve mobility.

Tips: Keep the pelvis immobile and the back straight throughout the movement. Perform the rotation gradually and in a controlled manner to avoid any pain.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of thoracic rotation over sessions, without forcing.
