How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Description: Get on all fours, with your back in a neutral position and pelvis stable. Perform a controlled rotation of the thorax by raising one arm towards the ceiling while keeping the hips immobile, then return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep your back straight and pelvis stable throughout the movement to effectively mobilize the thoracic spine. Breathe deeply and perform the movement slowly to avoid tension.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the final position for a few seconds to improve mobility.
