Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Sit or kneel with your back slightly rounded or in a neutral position. Inhale while gently extending the upper back to open the thoracic cage, bringing the shoulder blades closer or lowering them, and if possible, raise the arms to form an 'I'. Maintain the final position with the chest open, upper back elongated, and neck relaxed.

Tips: Keep movements slow and controlled, without forcing the extension. Breathe deeply to facilitate thoracic opening.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the final position a few seconds longer as the movement becomes easier.
