Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Description: Place one leg forward in a stable position, with the pelvis well aligned and the spine in a neutral position. Slowly perform thoracic cage mobilization by executing movements of flexion, extension, tilting, or rotation, controlling the range of motion without moving the pelvis. Return to the neutral position between each repetition.

Tips: Keep the pelvis stable and avoid excessive compensation to effectively target thoracic mobility. Breathe deeply and regularly during the exercise.

Progression: Gradually increase the movement amplitude or the number of repetitions as you feel comfortable and pain-free.
