Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 on each side

Description: Get on all fours, maintaining a neutral back and stable pelvis. Place a foam roller under one hand, then slowly rotate your thorax towards that side, following the hand or shoulder with your gaze, without moving the pelvis. Return to the neutral position and repeat on the other side.

Tips: Keep the pelvis very still to isolate thoracic rotation. Perform the movement slowly and control the range to avoid any pain.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the final position for a few seconds to improve thoracic mobility.
