Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 on each side

Description: Sit upright with feet flat on the ground, holding a medicine ball in front of you. Slowly rotate your thorax to the right while keeping the pelvis stable, then return to the center before rotating to the left. Follow the movement with your gaze to maximize rotation without arching the lower back.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid moving the pelvis to target thoracic mobility. Breathe deeply during the rotation to help open the chest cavity.

Progression: Gradually increase the size of the medicine ball or the number of repetitions as the rotation becomes easier.
