Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Hold a stick behind your back, hands shoulder-width apart. Keeping the pelvis stable and the spine in a neutral position, slowly tilt the trunk sideways while activating the abdominal muscles to control the movement. Return to the starting position without moving the pelvis, maintaining trunk control throughout the exercise.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid any rotation or tilting of the pelvis. Breathe calmly and perform the movement slowly to feel the lumbar mobilization.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the duration of holding the inclined position once control is mastered.
