How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Equipment: light dumbbell (0.5 to 2 kg)

Description: Hold a light dumbbell in your hand with the wrist and fingers in a neutral position. Slowly perform controlled flexion and extension of the wrist and fingers while keeping the forearm stable, without moving the elbow or shoulder. Gently return to the starting position after each movement.

Tips: Keep the hand clearly visible and focus on precise, controlled movements. Do not let the elbow or shoulder compensate for the wrist movement.

Progression: Gradually increase the weight of the dumbbell or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
