How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Seated, with the arm close to the body, elbow bent, and wrist in a neutral position, slowly extend the elbow, wrist, and open the fingers to gently stretch the tendons. Then, slowly return to the starting position by flexing the elbow and wrist to relax the tension. Perform this movement slowly and in a controlled manner to promote tendon mobility.

Tips: Keep the shoulder relaxed throughout the exercise and avoid sudden movements. Focus on smooth tendon gliding without forcing.

Progression: Gradually increase the speed of the movement or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
