How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per hand

Description: Start with the hand open, fingers extended. Slowly flex the metacarpophalangeal joints by curling the fingers toward the palm until forming a closed fist. Then return to the initial position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep the wrist stable and avoid forcing the flexion. Perform the movement slowly to mobilize each joint effectively.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add slight resistance with an elastic band when the movement becomes easy.
