How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Keep the forearm stable, with the hand in a neutral position. Using the opposite hand, perform a controlled traction of the radius by gently moving the wrist, thumb, or fingers along the indicated axis, until reaching maximum range without moving the elbow or shoulder. Slowly return to the starting position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep the forearm immobile to isolate the movement at the wrist. Do not force and avoid compensating with the elbow or shoulder.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of motion or add light resistance with the opposite hand as the movement becomes easier.
