How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Seated, place your forearm on a support with the hand extending beyond the edge, wrist in a neutral position. Hold a stick or keep fingers relaxed, then slowly tilt your wrist toward the thumb (radial deviation) without moving the elbow or flexing the wrist. Return very slowly to the neutral position, controlling the eccentric movement.

Tips: Keep the elbow immobile and avoid any flexion or extension of the wrist during the exercise. Control the descent well to effectively strengthen the muscles.

Progression: Gradually increase resistance by using a heavier stick or adding a resistance band when the exercise becomes easy.
