How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Place your forearm on a stable surface with your hand in a neutral position. Using the other hand, apply gentle resistance on the side of the thumb while bringing the thumb toward the palm (adduction). Perform the movement slowly, maintaining control of the wrist position and without moving the elbow or shoulder.

Tips: Keep the wrist and fingers stable, do not apply excessive resistance to avoid pain. Focus on a precise and controlled movement.

Progression: Gradually increase the resistance applied by the index finger of the other hand as the movement becomes easier.
