How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Seated, place your forearm on a support with the hand extending beyond the edge, wrist in a neutral position. Hold the Flexbar and slowly tilt your wrist towards the little finger without flexing or extending the wrist. Return very slowly to the neutral position, controlling the movement well.

Tips: Keep the elbow immobile and focus on a strict lateral movement without parasitic movements. Control the return phase well to maximize strengthening.

Progression: Gradually increase the resistance of the Flexbar or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
