How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Seated, place your forearm on a stable surface with the wrist free. Start with the wrist slightly flexed, then slowly extend the wrist and fingers against the resistance of the FlexBar. Slowly return to the starting position, controlling the movement in flexion.

Tips: Keep the forearm immobile throughout the exercise to effectively target the wrist. Perform the return slowly to strengthen the extensor muscles efficiently.

Progression: Gradually increase the resistance of the FlexBar or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
