How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Keep your forearm extended with the wrist in a neutral position. Using the other hand, apply gentle resistance on the back of the hand while slowly raising the wrist backward. Control the movement by returning slowly to the starting position without moving the elbow or shoulder.

Tips: Keep the forearm stable and avoid compensating with the elbow or shoulder. Perform the movement slowly to effectively engage the wrist extensor muscles.

Progression: Gradually increase manual resistance or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
