How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12 per leg

Description: Get on all fours, with an elastic band placed around the thighs just above the knees. Keeping the back straight and the core stable, slowly abduct one leg to the side against the resistance of the band, then return to the initial position in a controlled manner.

Tips: Engage the abdomen to stabilize the pelvis and avoid arching the back. Perform the movement slowly to feel the muscle work clearly.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the elastic band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
