How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per leg

Hold: 3 seconds in contraction

Description: Lie on your side, with the top leg resting on a roller or stable support. Slowly bring the leg towards the body's midline by contracting the inner thigh muscles, then hold the contraction for 3 seconds before returning to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the pelvis stable and avoid tilting the trunk. Control the movement to effectively work the adductors.

Progression: Gradually increase the hold duration up to 5 seconds or add slight resistance with a resistance band when the movement becomes easy.
