How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per movement

Description: Seated or standing on an Airex cushion, maintain the pelvis stable in a neutral position. Slowly perform hip movements (flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, or rotation) while controlling the range of motion without moving the lower back.

Tips: Keep the abdomen slightly contracted to stabilize the pelvis. Avoid lumbar compensation by limiting lower back movements.

Progression: Gradually increase the movement range or the duration of hold in the final position as motor control improves.
