How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per leg

Description: Stand on one leg with the knee slightly bent. Slowly perform a controlled lateral pelvic tilt from one side to the other while maintaining balance. Return to the neutral position before repeating.

Tips: Keep your gaze fixed in front of you to better stabilize your balance. Slightly contract the muscles around the hip to control the movement. Do not let the pelvis sag or rotate excessively.

Progression: Increase the number of repetitions or the duration of maintaining balance, or perform the movement on an unstable surface when comfortable.
