Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per leg

Description: Lie on your back with a stable pelvis and legs aligned. Slowly slide one foot towards the hip by flexing the hip, then return to the initial position without moving the pelvis. Ensure the knee and pelvis remain well aligned throughout the movement.
