How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per side

Description: Attach an elastic band around your ankle and fix the other end to a stable point. In a standing position, perform a controlled rotation of the hip by gently pulling on the elastic to mobilize the joint. Slowly return to the starting position after each rotation.

Tips: Keep your back straight and your trunk stable during the movement. Perform the rotation slowly to feel the stretch without forcing.

Progression: Gradually increase the resistance of the elastic or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
