How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 circles per hip

Description: Sit with your back straight and pelvis stable. Slowly make full circles with one leg, controlling the movement well to mobilize the hip without moving the pelvis or knee.

Tips: Keep your back straight and pelvis immobile to isolate the hip. Perform slow and steady movements to feel the mobilization clearly.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of circles or the speed of movement as you feel comfortable and pain-free.
