How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per leg

Description: Sit on a chair, place an elastic band around your foot and fix the other end to a stable point in front of you. Slowly bring your knee towards your chest by flexing the hip, without rounding the back or tilting the pelvis. Gently return to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.

Tips: Keep your back straight and shoulders relaxed. Control the movement to avoid any pelvis compensation. Breathe regularly throughout the exercise.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the elastic band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
