How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Jump with both feet from a small height and land softly by bending the knees to absorb the impact in a controlled manner. Immediately after landing, perform a small rebound by slightly pushing off with your legs before returning to the initial position.

Tips: Keep your back straight and knees aligned with your feet during the landing. Control the descent to avoid a harsh impact and activate the leg muscles for the rebound.

Progression: Gradually increase the jump height or the number of repetitions as you master the movement.
