How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Stand in an athletic position with knees slightly bent and weight on the forefoot. Perform a jump simulating movement or rebounding, then land by flexing the hips, knees, and ankles in a controlled manner to absorb the impact. Ensure knees stay aligned with the feet, maintain a stable trunk, and control the pelvis during landing.

Tips: Keep your gaze straight ahead, lightly contract your abdominal muscles to stabilize the trunk, and avoid knees collapsing inward upon landing.

Progression: Gradually increase the jump height or speed of execution as you master the technique.
