How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Standing, feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, lean forward keeping the back straight and knees stable. As you rise, perform a controlled rotation of the trunk to one side, then return to the starting position. Repeat the movement, alternating the rotation with each repetition.

Tips: Keep the back straight and engage the abdominal muscles to protect the spine. Do not force the rotation; it should be gentle and controlled.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a light weight held in front of you when the movement becomes easy.
