How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Jump vertically keeping the body straight, then gently land by bending the knees to assume a squat position. Control the descent well to prevent the knees from collapsing inward.

Tips: Keep your gaze straight ahead, feet shoulder-width apart, and contract the leg muscles to absorb the landing. Ensure your knees stay aligned with your feet throughout the movement.

Progression: Gradually increase the jump height or the number of repetitions once control is mastered.
